Elzbieta Ewa Raczynska was born in 1956 in Warsaw, Poland. She spent many years studying art in Paris, France and graduating from L'Ecole National Superieure Des Arts Appliques et Des Metiers D'Arts L'Ensaama in Design Textile. After many years living in Paris she returned to Poland in 1990 where she raised as a single mom her four children.

Elzbieta created a company named Studio Art RE where she works with wide variety of clients including hotels and restaurants.
