Born on September 5th, 1969, San Salvador, El Salvador

I Began my artistic career playing the violin at the early age of  3.  Since childhood always had a love for the visual arts and in 1988, began taking art classes with Rolando Reyes, a well known Salvadoran painter.

In 1989 I began studying Graphic Design at the Universidad Dr. Matias Delgado and in 1990 moved to Miami, Fla, to study in the International Fine Arts College.

Back in  El Salvador I pursued the visual arts and began painting as a hobby taking classes with Rafael Varela and Mauricio Mejia, which are two well known painters in El Salvador.

 In 1994 I participated in a painting competition for  a Central American insurance company winning 3^rd place, the theme being “Ensuring our Children’s Future”

Since then, I have participated in various collective expositions .
